“Under Contract to Close” services begin once the property is under contract, focusing on the transaction's smooth progression to closing. “Pre-Listing Management” includes services to prepare a property for listing, such as ordering signs, preparing listing contracts, and coordinating pre-listing appointments.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

You only pay for our service in the event that the transaction closes. If the client simply changes their mind and decides not to sell or buy, then there is no fee.
